2016 & 2017 Mobile Suites 40KSSB4 Wiring

I looked inside the basement were the heater unit is installed and noticed electrical wire on top of the heater system (110 volt, 12 volt wires), I reached back to the wires and felt the wires and notice the plastic shielding on the wires was getting soft. Anyone have this problem? What was done to resolve it. It appears to be a fire hazard.

I would send pictures to Thor. And ask them what you going to do before I contact .......
