We just went under contract and will be out of the stick and brick home in 6 weeks. Now I just need my trailer to be completed. I just wanted to share the good news.

Well after my attorney looked at the contract there were to many problems. So I think I jumped the gun. I think i have to treat this like a pregnancy. Don't say chit until the second trimester. Sorry for jumping the gun.
