Lightbulb Doh!

We use our IPhone to listen to Pandora radio. I was getting ready to order a Bose mini speaker. And then the DOH moment came when I remembered that the Sony stereo has a blue tooth setting. Now I listen to it in surround sound.

1. Connect your IPhone to WiFi and have Bluetooth turned on.
2. Open Pandora on your phone.
3. Turn on your stereo and turn the input selector knob to the Bluetooth setting.
4. Then this screen should pop up on your IPhone

5. Click Pair
My stereo shows up as STR- DH750
Once paired it will start playing over your stereo.

There are many sources of listening material that can be streamed through your cell phone and then bluetoothed through the in-coach stereo system...music from Pandora, Spotify, or Amazon (for Prime members), podcasts from several sources, old time radio programs, radio stations, news channels, etc...just about any media you could desire.

My wife and I most frequently listen to old-time radio westerns, especially Gunsmoke and Have Gun Will Travel, music from Pandora, and news from CNN and PBS.

Correct, it can be paired and used with any app. This is really just how to pair your IPhone up with the stereo. We just use Pandora.
