Front Jacks Leaking

We have the new style jacks on our 2017 Memphis, but they are slowly leaking down. Since I cannot find an external leak- pool of oil- I'm guessing that the leak is internal and a seal is bypassing.
All the recommendations are to have the rams rebuilt which is fine, but I don't want to have to wait for days while a shop matches the o-rings. So I did a search here for the shop that rebuilds these rams.
All I got was Roberts in Indiana. Does anyone have a number or a website?

The last number that I had for Roberts was 812-655-2583

Hope that works

I had success with Lippert by contacting them directly--if you can get to Elkhart, they may replace them at no charge. I started my contact with them thru the online chat and expressed concern as to SAFETY of the system/front dropping. In my case, the jacks would leak downward while traveling.
Once I got to the right person, the repair was scheduled--I was on a trip thru IN anyway, and it worked out for me. 2 days from early am to late pm next day. New jacks installed. If you can get up there, I feel this is the correct way to fix the problem, but Roberts is reported to do first-rate work also.

When are the jacks going down?

I have the old style jacks but I think the valving and pump are the same with both old and new.
My jacks will leak under 2 occasions.
If it is windy and the RV rocks abit with jacks extended over 50%. My pin weight is 5,000 pound so the jack weight is ???. The jack rating is, I'm told, 7,000 lbs. My solution is use a tripod on the pin for extended stays.
The jacks will come down traveling if the jack control monitor says the Jacks Down. That always happened to me it I move slide after putting the jacks up. Solution before driving always go to the control panel and manually retract the front jacks for about 2 seconds. Controller should say Jacks UP

We have the "NEW" style front jacks. But when we're static for several weeks at a time, the front of the camper starts dropping. Little by Little, until I have to relevel.
Lippert is about as useful as DRV with rotten slide floors.
Thanks Don!
