Full timers registered in Florida

I saw this on the Escapees forum and thought it is important information to pass along for full timers that have Florida as there domicile.

Isn't this just an extension of the kerfunkel stated by the Clay County SOE a year ago? Now the Clay County Tax Collector is involved?

I used a Florida mail service for domicile address from 1996 until January last year. I moved domicile to Texas so I could vote

My wife & I have Florida as our home of record now and for the past 2-1/2 years without a problem. We also have no problem with voting.

Our home of record address is in Sumter County. We have obtained our mail forwarding service and our home of record address through the Escapee's RV Club.

This issue came to a head within the past year. Legally, I have no problem maintaining my registrations and licenses in Florida, Sumter County. I just verified this with Escapee's.

Yes I’m an Escapee member. But I am based out of SD. I saw this on the Escapees forum and thought it was important to post on here. As I am actively on many forums and some people are not. Like I found out that Teri Lund @ my Dakota Address was going out of business about 10 days before it happened. I’m sure hundreds to thousands of her customers had no clue that this was happening. I always like to know ahead of time so I am not scrambling in a panic.

Yes, but she was the business. In my opinion, she ran and built that business. She is very personable and nice.

YES she ran it well until.......

Towards the end there were lots of F-DUP things.

Have used Good Sam mail forwarding in Crestview for 5 years. (Okaloosa Co.) Have not had any issues. In fact just renewed DL in March. We vote and do everything else you would do with a legal address. If someone is having an issue it may be in a particular county which could be possible.

We are in palm beach county and are having this problem. As new full timers they say we must go to the homeless shelter to get legal.
