Never if this rain doesn't stop! I'm putting pontoons on the sides of the Palazzo just in case I need to float out of NC☠️

I have a Camco Olympian SS grill table top model for many years, it is OK but probably not the best out there

I bought these from camping world: Low Pressure Grill Catalog Item # 95643, and 12’ Quick Connect Hose Assembly Catalog Item # 86731. This connects to the low pressure propane port.

We have the Coleman Road Trip. You can convert but we just use the small propane tanks. We've been full time since July and it gets a lot of use. We really like it.

After regulator removal there is a 1/8" MPT nipple sticking out.

I prefer using yellow propane rated teflon pipe dope.

Having trouble posting the pictures of the fittings.

Here you go Ron.
Attached is what you emailed me and screen shots of that video about it.

It looks like you both have 3 pieces plus the hose to connect the grill to the 5vers auxiliary gas line.

When I purchased my '18 Axis, I wanted to utilize it's low pressure LP connection for my Irodo O-Grill 1000. I removed the stove's regulator, and purchased the correct sized fittings at a local LP business. Also bought a 10' hose (MB Sturgis Propane - 100304-120-MBS) from etrailer.com. I'm very satisfied with the conversion, and not having to pack the 1 lb bottles with me.

Here are a couple YouTube videos on others who made the mod:

At about halfway thru one, it shows the mod...

Hope this is useful to some of you...

I have been thinking of buying a Blackstone 22" griddle. We do not have an aux propane connection on our 23TR Gemini and I really have nowhere to pack around a 20# bottle. For pan cooking I use a Colemen 2 burner camp stove

So, cooking for two just how long can I expect to get out of one of the little green bottles?

20 lb tanks are bulky but you can also get 4 lb and 10 lb tanks which are refillable and much smaller. I have a 4 lb tank I use for my boat grill, small and easy to to carry. Easiest place to find the smaller tanks is ug, CW.

How long the little green bottle will last is very subjective - depends on what you cook, of course. That said I used a two burner portable stove for years in my tent and pop-up days and I always was surprised how long they lasted. Portable and versatile equipment. Always traveled with two or three of them and did fine. Bought them on sale at big box places and stayed happy. Suggest you just buy a couple and give them a try. You won’t know or be out much either way. You can always buy a 4lb refillable or tap into your coach supply later.

You can also refill the little green bottles from a 20# tank with an adapter valve readily available at most hardware stores. It does work...I've done it...freeze the little bottles first.

You can also use the long skinny bottles for propane torches, you can sometimes get them for half what a “green” bottle costs and they hold the same amount!

Uh-oh...
Now you've set my mind to wondering about this possibility!

SEE, older than the hills and I can still learn something. Never thought I would have so many options.

Thanks folks. I think I will put that grill on the "shall be buying soon" list
