Very nice pair. Now all you need is a 'swoosh' on the side of the truck to match...
Gonna be fun.

Appears the clearance is snug at the tailgate but may be because the road is curved?

NOPE!!! Raise the hitch two inches. You should have 6" minimum clearance.

If you can keep it under the max 21,000 and have the MorRyde pinbox, then lower the pinbox by going to 5 bolts per side.

I've traveled for over 10 yrs with 4" or so on 5 trailers and never a problem. Just watch and be slow backing up on unlevel ground. Good luck.

Takes a few folks to help with the job. You have to remove all the bolts and make sure the pin box doesn't fall to the ground.

Some suggest that you hook the truck to the RV and then pull the bolts but that's a PITB working inside the truck bed.

Get a few friends to come over and help support the pin box while you finagle with the bolts.

You'll also need a torque wrench to tighten the bolts back up to the proper torque of 150 ft.-lbs.

If you were close by I'd give you a hand with it.
