Where is Harley & RTV? Under the circumstances of mobility and travel, I follow maybe no room for a Jet Ski, but to engineer solution without including Harley & RTV seen counter-intuitive

Yep. Was referring to the boat/trailer/rack. Must be quite a sight to see the boat launch and/or boat trailer be loaded or unloaded.
