Level Up Display is blank

Level up display is blank but it still works. Retract works and auto-level works.
Any help would be appreciated.

One fix I saw was to unplug the display for 15 minutes and plug it back in.

If I need to take the display out - has anyone done that. Do you take out the whole panel or just the two screws next to the display.

Any advice or help would be appreciated.

Don

Try doing a manual reset. Hold down the Enter Retract buttons. MAybe that will do it. Good luck

LevelUp says to do this

We will give this a try.

Good morning,

On the back side of the screen is a 4 pin plug. Unplug that for about 10 mins. Plug it back in and the display should come back. If it does not, then you will need a new touch pad.

I reached in thru the battery area and unplugged the white plug from the back of the display. Really the only plug. Unplugged it for about 10 minutes -- plugged it back in-- and presto -- the display is back working.

Thanks Lippert for the support help.

Thank you very much. Mine died last week and thought I was going to need a new panel. I really didn't think it would work. It was very nice of you to post the fix. Thank you again.
