I agree with Lostshakerofsalt, we had called Josh and he started a claim case number immediately for us. After I gathered up the info he required and sent it to him we got on the phone and scheduled our appointment. Josh needed the exact date we took delivery of our Suites, the dealer's name and address and vin number of our unit.
The up-side to the new jacks is so far NO issues! (knock on wood), the one down side is the travel on these new jacks is much less than the old ones. I can deal with that though, having the drifting while driving and/or the dropping while at a campground SUCKS!
