Since our Son just moved to Heath, TX I am betting we will be making a trip there around October. So YES a meeting of the minds would be great!

2014. After a little time getting acclimated with this particular 5ver, I’m glad my very thorough research landed me a DRV as a first time RV buyer. I feel the purchase was a good decision. Thanks for all the help here to sway me this way. Likely wouldn’t have done it without having perused this forum.

Retiring December 2019 and will be taking our first really BIG trip across the country in 2020 to visit our son in Spokane Valley Washington. We thinking 2 months -- who knows maybe more.

Good for you!

Since you will be so close I HIGHLY suggest an August/September trip to NW WA!

There is a descent RV Park on West side of Mt Vernon "Mt Vernon RV Park", friends stayed there with a 42' ToyHauler. Great base location for taking a day trip to the San Juan Islands on the WA ST Ferry. Drive to the top of Mt Baker and many other great places to visit.

Also the ferry goes to Vancouver Island. Crumpets and Tea in Victoria or Buchart Gardens!

Wife and I upgraded to our first DRV for Christmas. 2020 Full House JX450. So far it’s a huge improvement over our 2016 Heartland.

New DRV Houston owner

Well after having numerous travel trailers and complaining about the lack of storage I bit the bullet and bought a new DRV Houston. I hope to pick it up later this month. I'm impressed with the internal storage of these things. This forum has a lot of info and I have been reading for days lol. If anyone has any thing to info for what to look for when I go pick it up please let me know.
