Question on 2018 DRV Mobile Suites 41RSSB4

I am looking at this model.

DRV is no longer manufacturing and I am having difficulty finding info.

Does anyone know the weight and length? Looking for pin weight in particular. I know the unit I am looking at has 2-9k Moryde IS axles.

Any know issues with the layout?

The only issues we have with ours is when trying to use the bathroom when traveling. We have to open the bed and kitchen slides to get into the bath.
I dont have weights on a 2018.

This may help you my 39TKSB3 is actually 41' long with two axles and being full timers it weight 23K with 25% pin weight or about 5,750#.

Two axle units will be about 25% pin and 3 axle units will be about 20%. Fully loaded I am at my RAWR with my 15 RAM Dually.
