ROKU install

How do you get to the back side of the large, flat Samsung 40” tv in the living room to install a ROKU device? Want to be able to get Sling tv for pac12 networks..

You should plug it in the back of you Sony receiver. Then all you need to do is select that input and you are good to go in surround sound. You might need to get an htmi extender. But I do not know what you are trying to plug in looks like.

We have a 50 inch tv. We have a Firestick, OTA DVR and Apple TV running trough our stereo to our tv.

Thanks.. because of the tight space in back of the tv I just bought a hdmi extension and got it to work . I did not know about hooking to back of the Sony box. I will give that a try.

Likewise here, we have the ROKU plugged into the A/V receiver. The Sony model we have will allow 4 input HDMI. You can even rename the selection(s) on the display panel.
