How do you fill fresh water from a Bladder

I have a 60 gallon bladder that stores extra water for dry camping. On my previous 5th wheel I used a drill pump. Can the DRV pump in water from an external bladder?

use a 12 volt transfer pump from the bladder to the fresh water tank/.

Use an electric transfer pump as suggested or if the bladder is higher then the fill and tank, you could gravity drain it.

I use a 12v transfer pump I got a Menard's to pump water into my holding tank from a 450 gallon pickup stock tank. It will last six days on average lol

Thanks guys. I was hoping that the DRV could allow the internal pump to fill the tanks. I will get the 12 volt pump as suggested as the drill pump is a pain. Thanks very much.

Get another water pump that matches the one in the DRV--use it with leads off the battery. That way, you have a backup when the trailer pump goes out...

I am currently 700 miles from my DRV. Does anyone know what’s the exact brand type in the 2020 DRV 40KSSB4? Would like to order today.

How I fill my tank using a bladder.

Takes some simple parts from Home Depot etc.

Two ways to do this with onboard equipment.

Hook your bladder or tank up to the inlet.
Switch the intake to sanitize. This will use the pump to pull water from the inlet instead of the tank.

Using something like Sharkbite or PEX slip on connectors connect your cold water low point drain to your fresh water tank drain. They are both within a foot of each other under the trailer.

A hose and two clamps will work as well.

Open both valves, fill tank.

On my list of things to do is to plumb this internally with a pair of PEX Tees and a 1/4 turn valve between those two lines behind the water compartment.

This is extremely clever and awesome and the internal fix would be a great mod. Thanks a million.
