Warranty Information ?? Where can I find it?
Where in all of our paperwork can I find warranty information -- specifically on structural, workmanship, etc.
I may have a structural issue and need to find out what the warranty is?
Thanks
Don

I thought the structure was covered for 5 years but I could be wrong.

As a lot of responses will say--call DRV with your unit # and ask them...
Have no clue what it is since I am second owner of my '15.

Thanks everyone
Thanks for your input. We are taking the coach to RV's For Less on Monday, 10/16. Once they tear into it we will know what the problem really is and then find out if DRV will stand behind it.

Brief Description of Problem
We routinely check our rig every stop we make. We walk around the entire rig and check just about everything. Always a good practice.
Last week at a Loves truck stop we noticed, on the right rear between the rear storage door and the molding for the rear cap --- 2 protrusions - one about 6" from the bottom of the metal and the other about 14" from the bottom of the metal --- which obviously occurred from something pushing from the inside out. They didn't break the metal but they sure came close. It almost looked like a bullet shot from the inside -- but it didn't go through the metal.
Since then the molding, the piece that goes goes around the entire rear cap, has come loose on the underside of the coach on both sides -- popping out the screws.
Something is going on behind sheet metal and fiberglas and we need to find out what it is.
I will certainly let you know what we find out. If you see anything definitive on structural warranty please pass it on.
Thanks
Don

Seems I remember Cummins had a similar problem and fixed it solidly on his own. Might look at his pics and see if it is similar.

This is going to require going in behind the metal, fixing the problem, and then bodywork and paint. Just a little more than I want to take on.
Thanks
Don

YUP! Same issues.
It requires placing BACKING behind so the screws have something to bite into. Also NON driller screws that are longer should be used.

I had the same thing going that Ron did on the off door side at the cable reel door area. In fact Ron "coached" me as to how to tackle the job (thanks again Ron). Bad design IMHO but we got past that. Hopefully your situation isn't too involved.
So far the opposite side storage door isn't acting up on us. Ron, did you have both sides go bad?
Dan

Door side not as bad. Replaced screws with larger diameter. Still screws are popping. Need to do a little work, nothing like the drivers side.
I have seen others with this issue.
Dan you are welcome!!!
