I am sitting at 16k on the 2 8k axles. And don't see any weight loss in near future. Not hard to get to these high numbers with a DRV...

Is the 25k include the pin, or is that added to make gross 29800?

A touch over 19% pin. That is because of having a triple axle.
I am at my RAWR towing 23k and 25% pin double axle. Triple I could tow 28k and still be within my GCVWR and RAWR at 20% pin. 20% pin is on the high side for a triple axle.

Empty we are 20100lb with 2400 on the pin. Trailer was like a rocking horse.

Question guys I have a 2020 40KSSB4 and after my first 4K miles trip I have stress cracks in all four wheels. Did not damage or hit the wheels. Any ideas why?

I would definitely call Hi-Spec right away -- maybe send PICS later. What does your spare look like? Any issues with it as well?
If you have a chance to upgrade your wheels to the 6050# wheels I would definitely do that. It gives you more tire options down the road.
