How do you access the water pump on this RV? We just purchased it and the demo was rushed and not thorough.

Do you know where the pump is? (Run it and listen)

Typically Thor will staple all the panels in except the ones they expect you to remove--look for screws. If a panel is screwed in then it is removable (usually only 2 screws).

Looking at your floorplan I'm not sure where the pump is--it usually is near the water tank. Looks like the water heater is under the dinette, lift up the cushion to see if the pump is there.

The problem we are having is the pump doesn’t shut off and we’re not getting water in the tank just air. It works fine when hooked up to city water. We also found a new water filter and wrench under kitchen sink but can’t find where to put filter.

Welcome to the forum. I'm not familiar with your model. Mine is under the bed. If you contact Thor customer service they're usually pretty helpful.

Go onto Thor Motorcoach website and create an account, enter your VIN and you will have all of your schematics , diagrams and user info.

Sounds like your water tank is empty? Did you fill the tank? Usually has different Water Fill location than the City Water Connection. Welcome to the Forum!!!!
