I'm currently living in my Hurricane away from home, but not traveling around in it, yet.
Sorry, not an Axis.

We full time in our Hurricane. I haven't seen many full timers in a Thor Axis but we are parked near a Thor ACE that is being used as a full time residence.

IMHO that would be too small for us. We did 3 years of full timing/traveling in a 39' fiver a few years ago. It had three slides, king bed, and a washer/dryer. Our current Challenger has almost the same livability and we are thinking it is too small for extended full timing.

I think if you are full time and not traveling much where you can have some stuff in storage, smaller RVs can work. If you are full time and traveling all over constantly then for 2 people you need as much space as possible IMHO.

Depends on your needs: people are living in "tiny houses" now. In addition, if I remember correctly: Teeitup26 will only have 1 person in the coach.

I have been full timing in my Vegas since April. For a couple, I think it may be on the edge for storage and size. If you have a significant other, you had better like each other in order to share the small space. But for a single guy it is fun.

I was wondering how it was going. now i know. my house is for sale and when i get an offer i'm doing something. not sure if it's the Axis yet as it's a little out of my range, but something's going to happen. considering the Flagstaff 25FKS trailer as well. I've got free electric and water hookups in the hill country of Texas as semi permanent home base. so, we'll see.
