Hello from Richmond, TX

Husband and I are newbies. We got our Thor Challenger in late August. Unfortunately, we've only had it out three times. Been in the shop twice- the second time it was in from November 18th until January 4th. Most all was for warranty work. Now we have to take it back because a strip of trim on the outside of the bedroom slide out has fallen off. Looks like all the screws were sheared off. Not to happy right about now.

Welcome, we are also new to the site and have only had our motorhome about a year. Sorry to hear about the problems. Hope they are resolved soon.
