I'm really new

Howdy all. My wife and I will take delivery of our 2014 Thor Challenger GT at the end of the month. I am a real newbie, but am really excited. We will live in the RV full time finishing out my last 6 months before retiring to the Delaware beach and the road.

Hello, welcome and congrats on the new challenger! Videotape your pdi. Don't hand over any money until the pdi and all repairs have been completed to your satisfaction.

Welcome aboard Dan!!
The importance of doing a good PDI on your new coach can't be emphasized enough. Many problems can be found at that time and corrected before leaving the dealership.
Here's a link for a PDI Doug's RV Checklist Page
My recommendation is to print out a couple copies, send one to your dealer so they know what to expect when you arrive. Get yourself familiar with the other copy, and "make" yourself follow it when you get there.
So many times we hear from really sad people who didn't do it.
Good luck, and enjoy your new coach.
