Just traded for our 2017 29fe last month. Also just returned from a two night stay at a campground to check out and use every system. The only issue thus far is the kitchen dinette slide is very noisy retracting, in fact I drew a crowd with all the squealing it was making causing dogs from close by camp sites to howl.

Good luck with everything and if your walk through didn't show you, there is a secondary dump valve on the black tank to the rear of the entry door. I found it on my own.

Welcome from SW Florida. We are closing in on our first year in our Thor MH and have found good advise and information on this forum.

Traveling/camping is suppose to be an adventure with a few mistakes mixed in!

Miss that catch of the day and sweet tea! Was stationed at Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet was our place of choice for dining! Welcome to the forum and safe travels.

Keep reading the forum, and maybe you won't have to personally make all the mistakes! We are all still learning, some of us for decades.

regarding the noisy slide...were you perfectly level ? Ypu may have dry rails.. I use silicone on the slide rails..

VKB, yes on the level. I'll try the silicon.
