Just stopped by

Greetings. We've been researching RVs for about 2 months and seem to have zoomed in on the Challenger 36TL. We love the floor plan, the outdoor kitchen and the quality materials. Not sure when we are going to pull the trigger. We're a couple of years away from retirement, so we are taking our time.

Mike

We have the exact one and love it. Well after we have worked out the bugs and whatnots but over all we love it. We are also a year or 2 out from hitting the road full time is why we bought this one when we did.

About how long did it take to work the bugs out? I'm sure we'll make a few relatively short trips to make sure everything works correctly.

Thanks

Mike

We are out in ours almost every weekend, and have owned it now for about 2 months and with myself doing all the work thru the tech guys it looks like we are about done. If you are back and forth with the dealer it could burn up all your warranty time of about a year. There are just so many things you don't see when you are doing your walk around from the excitement of your new MH.

Mike,

Welcome to the Forum.

Lots of ideas, opinions and recommendations. As with life...some good, some bad and some ugly.

For my 2 cents, last year we were a couple of years away from retirement but decided to take the plunge early and glad we did. Gives us a chance to work off the rough edges, get the warts and problems fixed before going "retired".

Best to you and your "fur Babies", we have two Satan (lab) and Munpi (pronounce moon pie - mixed lab).
