Unhappy Need Help regarding Gasoline filler!

I recently purchased my first RV (Thor Chateau) and I'm having trouble filling the gas tank with the new emissions type pump handles that many gas stations are using. It cuts off the minute the pump gets rolling much beyond a minimum flow. Getting very frustrated. Has anyone run into this problem, if so have you found any solution. The old standard nozzle with just the metal nozzle and a disc above it works fine.

Had the same problem on my wife's 08 Chrysler. There was a sticking check valve in the filler vent. I would check the vent or filler hose itself.

Thumbs up Thanks Runtheroads

I just looked at an old post a friend sent me from 2014 that a zdomain made regarding a kink in a rubber hose in the gas fill pipe that connects two metal sections. His had a significant kink in the rubber. Took my phone out, stuck it under the RV & took a picture of the fill line and sure enough----SAME KINK!! REALLY....One would think that by THREE YEARS they would have got a handle on this problem and corrected it.
Aside from that I LOVE my Chateau

Glad you got it figured out. My old 1998 Chateau had enough of a bend in the hose that it split causing a leak. But, only when full of fuel and I was noticing an odor of fuel when pumping.
