Recently retired, bought a 2017 Thor 24.1

Just retired. Couple kids, couple dogs, etc.

Got a great deal at Springfield RV. On our Thor

So a few small issues like finish work. Radio has some qerks w back up camera and side cameras.

Biggest complaint I have is the steering. Got the E450 chassis, so I thought I would look for a steering stabilizer shock, like the ones used on lifted trucks. Hoping this will help when I hit big wind gusts on the hwy.

Our class c was also an e450 chassis but handled a little better.

Looking forward to seeing the country side w our new coach.
Joe

Safe-T-Plus and Sumo Springs in the front will straighten it right out.

Thanks for the welcome.

SafeTPlus and the type of springs I am not familiar with.

Good place to find them?

If your problem with the camera's is that they flicker badly, you're not alone. A lot of folks have experienced that. I had it on my 24.1, but it was easy to fix. Find the camera cable splitter box under the dash and re-seat the cables in the box to tightening the contacts. I wedged something in there to make a tight fit on each cable. That fixed the problem. Good luck

Congrats on the new home. Start by getting a front end alignment. That's where we started, recommended by this site, and it made a world of difference. Have added safe-t-steer and sumo since.
Enjoy!
