Did you by pass the water heater? If not, the antifreeze may be in the hot water tank and depending on how much you put in there may not be enough to allow the antifreeze to run to the hot water side of the faucets. The water heater holds 6 gallons.

If you by pass the water heater there shouldn't be an issue with getting antifreeze to the hot water side of faucets.

Also, one additional point, make sure you closed the hot water low point drain.
