Thor Fourwinds- issue with Greystone Microwave vibration when traveling, very noisy. Suggestions?

First--- welcome! Is the whole unit making noise or could it be the glass tray inside. In a previous unit I had to put a cloth around the glass tray when in motion.

Thank you. It is not the glass tray. My husband removed microwave & fasten wires around wall , nothing is hitting inside. It appears that the unit is not totally resting on platform & the trim kit is not securing the unit. The rv dealer moved the position, but that only made it worse.
