We are scheduled to pickup our new Thor Palazzo 36.1 on Saturday. We are moving up from our Keystone Avalanche 5th wheel and Ford F-450 pickup.

Have lots to learn that is for sure.. Trying to figure out how to best transport our TOAD, flat tow or trailer... everything has its trade offs.

There are positives and negatives no matter which way you pull a toad..
on a trailer you can back up, on a dolly or 4 down you cannot.
1st make sure that the veh you will be using as a "toad" is able to be towed some can and then their are those that must be hauled on a trailer or use a dolly for the front wheels.
ALSO pay close attention to the weight of your toad ( + dolly or trailer) and add that into the total weight of the combination. you do not want to exceed the gvw of your towing unit.

(I tow a first gen xB with manual trans behind a class A)
