New (To Us) Chateau 33SW

Hi, were the new owners of a 2014 Chateau 33SW. This is our first MH and Im sure there will be questions. The forums for our two previous TTs always had answers and Im sure this one will be a big help too.

Weve been in a campground in SC for the five days since our purchase and tomorrow we head north to PA and that leads to my first question. Any tips for steep grades up and down - with something this big?

Welcome aboard!

Use the same gear that you climbed the hill to go down the other side even if you have to manually gear down to hold in that gear, also disengage the overdrive and cruise control in hill country as that is a lot easier on the tranny and cooling system
