Not sure if you've contacted Firefly Systems directly or not. Their customer service is second to none. I don't feel many dealer "technicians" are capable of properly diagnosing these new systems, thus they start throwing parts at them hoping they got it. I had a problem out the chute with my Firefly...two wall switches worked randomly. Dealer in ATL told me it needed a new wiring harness (all wall switches are wireless) and would take 2 months accumulative to fix it but they had to have the coach on their lot the entire time. I called Firefly Systems...ended up replaced two "2032" batteries in two of the switch panels...boom!! Firefly told me to please call them direct with any issues before going to a dealer...for the exact reasons stated above.
