Smile Windsport

Hi from Frank and Louise. We bought a New Windsport at the super RV show and we are planning to go cross country. We are trying to get all the problems fixed. Heading up to General RV tomorrow. We love the new class A and would like it everything is working.

Congratulations and welcome.

Don't let them hold your coach hostage: If they say they have to order parts and it will be a few weeks tell them you'll take your coach home and will bring it in when the parts are in. If/when that happens keep on them to ensure the parts get ordered (you might even want to give Thor a call and keep track of it from that side as well--keep the dealer honest).

By all means, keep in touch with customer support at Thor via email regarding the parts your dealership ordered. It will help you tremendously when your dealer tells you that they cannot find the parts.

Thank you for the advice. I see you have an Axis , I want them to check on the safety of the dining room slide. After we got the Windsport we had some trouble with the slide. We do not need it to fall out.we know General because we had a 2016 Quantum.
