Battery disconnect

Well tonight we were organizing our new 2019 Cruiser Embrace when I decided to pull the push-pull disconnect and disconnected everything and nothing comes back on when move switch either way. Anyone ever have a problem with this kind of battery disconnect? Thanks in advance.

Update on my problem with the battery disconnect switch. It was owner error. I took the battery out in the dark and didn't note the way it was hooked up and when I put the battery back in I hooked the battery up backwards using the black wire as ground. Turning the battery around cleared up the problem.
