Nicely done! No problem sliding by the table to get into drivers seat?

No clearance problem at all
The stock cup holders down low were so shallow, we found them useless to use.. and the table top was too large to use while driving. Now I’ve got the idea to install a permanent USB port... for ease of plug in..

On the other side of the dinette I added hinges to the fixed panel for easy access without removing cushions.

Do you have any pictures of that modification being done?
The process interests me...

Sorry... I was looking at what Bnbl had done...

Yours seemed pretty easy to understand. That's why I didn't ask more about how you did it.

To keep the door square I found some wood scraps to space the door off the floor while installing the hinges.
When buying the hinges be sure to get ones with removable pins. I had to remove the pin and flip the leaf over so the hinge would lay flat on the door and the frame when shut.
Also added two latches to keep the door shut.
(pictures may be rotated but should get the point across)

I can kick open a drawer, and use a mirror attached to the end of a car antenna...
(You must remember car antennas: don't you? )

The original padded end panel gets screwed onto the drawer box

Looked at my drawer yesterday and this seems like a great mod. Wondered why it wasn’t longer to begin with. I’m guessing it is because the back portion of drawer would not be available when slide is in. But to me that is not an issue. I now have a wintertime project. Thanks for posting.

My other RV, I purchase a 30" side mount slide... But now, I'm using all the left overs from years of cabinet work.... These 20" work fine... only about 17" under the seat when pulled out, but totally visible.

Nice work, both of you! I'm not talented in wood working, so kudos!
