2 Questions
1) Where is the fuse for the 12 volt accessory socket in the dash.
2) Little light in the cover where the 30 amp power cord plugs into inop.
I have read that if that light is out no power will get to the coach.
Help would be appreciated.

On my Axis 2017, 24.1 the Accessory fuse is #70, a 30 amp fuse located under the hood on drivers side towards the front in a black box.

The blue light on the cover for the 30 amp input is an indicator that there is shore power connected to the coach.

Hey Larry, so if the light is inop that necessarily doesn't mean that no power is getting to the coach. I have a surge protector that has a light informing me that the shore power is hot. So am I to assume that the coach is getting power even though the little light on the cover is inop ?

I shorted by accessory socket twisting a phone charger. It is a new pink 30 amp fuse but the auto parts store had one so I now have two back up fuses.

The light could be inop I suppose but I would check the shore power cord and/or connection. The light is an indicator that current is being supplied to the coach.

Well simple test -- does the A/C, water heater (set to electric), and/or microwave work when on shore power? They are all AC appliances. If they work, shore power is working regardless of the light not coming on.

My light on the plug cover hasn't worked in over a year.
But everything still works.

Any idea how to fix the inoperable light? I see no entry access. But I, at times, am electronically/mechanically challenged!!!

Sorry. Don't know how one would access that little indicator light. Would probably have to replace the whole cover but just guessing. Maybe a call into the Thor customer service line could help.

The light is embedded in the plastic. No way to change the LED. More important do you have a surge guard with lights? That will tell you that the power coming in is working AND has correct polarity.
Here is the receptacle . Easy to install.
BTW, if this is a new coach, or still under warranty, make your dealer replace it.
