2016 Thor axis 24.1 Tire Pressure.

I am a new -2nd owner- of a 2016 axis 24.1 on an e 450 chassis . The labels on the left of the drivers side it says the tire pressure should be 75 psi for front tired and 80 psi for rear tires. When I measured the tire pressure today I got 70 psi on front and on the outside rear tires 70 and 67 psi. I couldn't measure the pressure on the inside rear tires because the valve extenders were not installed correctly. I'll have to take care of that soon.

I have a couple of questions for 2016 axis 24.1 e450 owners, 1. What's the right way to remove and replace the rear wheel covers to get to the extenders with out damaging them? and 2. What tire pressures do you run/maintain on your tires?
I have 225 75 16 inch Michelin tires.

I'd appreciate any info on this?

Thanks,
Sli22sli

I had mine weighed at my RV service center where they did my first alignment and Saf-T-Plus install. Mine came up with 80 in the front and 65 in the rear.

The wheel covers just pry off, use a screwdriver but be careful as you can scratch up the cover pretty easily.

tire pressure Thor axis 24.1

When I pick mine up I CouldI hear a clicking sound inside the wheel It was what they had improperly installed the valve stem extenders That's just a real big hug cap Like Jamie said it just prys off but really really easy you don't want to bend it Camping World installed new valve stem extenders on mine that might be a good place to check mine were covered under warrantyCall thor they might replace yours under warranty if its a 2016
