Inverter running plugs

I just bought a Windsport 29m. I have the inverter on and the TV works but none of the plugs work. I checked the circuit brackets, but do I need to do something else to get inverter 120 to my plugs?

Must admit I'm confused about the inverter. Mine doesn't power the TV, or, it seems, anything else? Shouldn't it power the residential fridge?

Yes...that's the main "reason for the season". Check your inverter fuse. Also, the inverter probably has a 120V plug made into the body of it. You can plug something directly into it to see if power is getting out...if so, you have a breakdown somewhere between. Make sure your "Use/Store" switch is in the "Use" position.

Thank you for the info. I thought this was the case. I'll investigate further

My Inverter is wired directly to the house batteries from Thor. The Use / Store switch has no impact on my Inverter at all.

There is a 100A breaker near the house batteries for the Inverter. Check to see if you have one and if it is tripped.

There is also a built-in breaker on the AC output of some inverters that Thor uses instead of adding a separate AC circuit breaker for the output.

Also, make sure the Inverter is actually turned on. Some people don’t realize there is switch for the Inverter.

My Inverter panel looks like this....

If you go to the Thor Owners Resource section, there will be an electrical diagram for your rig. It will show which outlets are wired to the Inverter. From there you can pull the shore power, make sure the Inverter is on and test the outlets shown to be wires to the Inverter.

Back in the day the 29Ms have had a RV Norcold fridge. The fridge need 12 volts always and either 120 volts or propane to work. The inverter is not wired to supply 120 volts to the fridge. The outside fridge is plugged into a duplex receptacle which is powered by the inverter. On your coach each TV has a 120 volt receptacle nearby powered by the inverter and if you have an electronic cabinet there is an inverter powered plug there also. Older coaches also had one receptacle under the bed powered by the inverter, but I don't think the newer plant 750 coaches do. If you press the on/off switch on the inverter's remote panel and get a display of any type, your inverter is supplying power to wired receptacles. If the panel does not respond check, the circuit breaker in the house battery compartment and the 15 amp circuit breaker in the power center under the bed for power to the inverter.
