2017 Axis 25.2 Getting at the lug nuts and torquing them

Trying to figure out what size socket required and how to get at the lug nuts. Is the "hubcap" got fake lugnuts or do some of them come off? Got no tools with the unit, so no idea. Manual is no help, either. Any help is appreciated!

Yes, those hub caps cover the lug nuts and are shaped like cap nuts. I use a large screw driver to gently pry the hub caps off by twisting the screw driver at intervals around the rim.
Not sure of the size of the nuts, but a cross lug wrench and large cheater pipe work ok.
