2017 VEGA/AXIS stair well lights

For anyone with the new 2017 VEGAS/AXIS (Got a 2016 25.2 VEGAS) I am wondering how the new stair well light works.

I am wondering how it lights. Does it light when the door opens, or is there an additional switch on the side of the cabinet (with he others)

I am wanting to add one, and just wondered how THOR did it....

Not sure about your specific rig but many newer models have stair lights that turn on with the awning LED lights.

Thanks, everyone. Thinking that the light would be a good idea, since the stairwell is really dark...

For now, I ordered a LED motion activated rechargeable light from Amazon for under $20. It is supposed to run for 45 hours on one charge. I'll give this a try for now.

That is a GREAT idea. I have one of those at the house and it works fine. Hadn't thought about using it in the VEGAS
