to answer your question use the 30A shore cord. you dont need a 30A plug though, they make 30A plug to 15A houshold outlets adapters. just make sure to use a heavy duty (at least 12 gauge) extenton cord if needed and dont do anything crazy like turn on the AC or microwave.

You might have an issue if the outside outlet is GFCI. Some folks have found that plugging a motor home into a GFCI house outlet sometimes cause breakers to trip. If the breaker starts tripping find a non-GFCI outlet to plug the coach into.

You really should use a 10 gauge extension cord

I use a 50 foot 10 gauge which works well

Yes you can unplug your fridge from the coach and plug into the house. No problem what so ever.

If you use your RV cord you may have a problem with the GFI's. Some gfi's don't plays nice when plugged in series. If you do have problems, turn off your GFI breakers in the coach and all should work well.

You can also just turn off the GFI circuit in the RV.

Go to your AC breaker panel and turn off the breaker marked GFI. It will be a 15 amp circuit. A 12 gage cord will be perfect for the job.
