21C, 23H, 23U, 22E......what do they mean?

Ive deduced that the number is the length of the RV but what does the trailing letter stand for?

The number isn't necessarily the length of the coach--some have said "the interior length".

Does it have to mean anything? They are just model designations...

Do the Lexus letters mean anything?

Im looking for an RV and it would be easier if I understood if the letters stood for something. I saw someone mention the U meant it was a U shaped booth. Maybe they are particular to the floor plan??

They may for some brands but not for the Thor's (the Axis/Vegas and Ace lines are all numbers: 24.1, 30.2, etc.).

The first two numbers are the box length; generally this is the interior length without the caps. The numbers after the period or decimal place are the interior designs (floor plans), are are sequential. Letters after the period are also interior design designations. They are not sequential, Generally the Fourwinds coaches (new and old) use the letters and Thor Motor coaches (named after 2010) use the decimal system.
