Heater

I have a 2019 Omni bb35. I turned the heater on for the first time in cold weather. The burner cycles on at different times. It will sometimes go for 3 sec and then will burn for 15 sec. it will not burn continuously all the time. Is this normal to not over heat the hoses or is something not right? It’s about a 20° difference in temperature I’m trying to increase. Thanks for the help!

Take a look at this post where I responded to another guy having furnace problems. On mine it was moisture in the lines.

Thanks, if that’s what it is it should clear up as it runs and drys out. I’ll give it a go and see. Thanks again

If its the burner staring and stopping, it could be a bad thermocouple switch. They are not expensive, but generally requires removal of the furnace to get to.

Ours was doing the same thing, turned out to be a known problem.
Water damage to the heater circuit board.
Here's a picture of the bottom of the circuit board, a new one from Dinosaur took care of it.
