Apparently VTEC causes severe steering stabillity issues

I keep seeing these guys around the Forums here. It seems that evey last one of them has serious steering stability problems, and perhaps also transmission difficulties, as they seem to shift way too often.

It this a problem caused by the VTEC?. Our motorhome has a VTEC engine, but as of yet, I have not had the, what appears to be, serious control issues.

Do you have the Ford or the Chevy chassis?

And how would the valve timing affect steering stability? It serves to increase engine power and/or efficiency.

I have an E-450 chassis. I hope you don't think I'm serious. I just think its funny that these little emoticons are working so hard with the steering wheel. Also note they are frequently messing with something else that I guess must be the gear selector. I find these little guys to be insulting to the VTEC engines.

We are more like this when driving with the Ford V-10

Ken

And I wasn't even actually fishing.

I thought someone had swapped a Honda engine into a motorhome.
