Pullout Pantry

Hate to start a new thread but I've checked all over this forum and haven't found any real answer. My pullout pantry keeps sliding out. I guess there should be some sort of catch inside but I don't know the super secret answer to removing the pantry to find out what's inside. Does anyone have an answer/remedy for this? This pic is from a THOR website but it's the same pantry in mine.

Yes, the catch is l I'll likely the same that they use on the drawers, it's just mounted under or behind. And yes, it may need replaced.
You'll get more specific answers if you put the model you have in your profile that shows next to your posts. Thor makes a wide variety of RVs. Someone here will have your same model.

It has the pin (on door) into rollers (on cabinet) if it is like mine. I widen the pin with a screwdriver and it seemed to fix it.

Sorry about that. Mine is a 2014 ACE 30.1 How do you get behind it to adjust anything?

Sad that the 24.1 doesn't have the pantry, price I paid for wanting a shorter unit!

Okay, gave in and called THOR. They said to get behind the slide out pantry to release the drawer. And to get behind it I will need to cut an access panel, most likely underneath the sink, to get in there. That's pretty stupid engineering in my opinion. They should have made a simpler way to get the drawer out. Looks like a project for another day

I installed a cell booster and pulled the pantry out to get to space between it. There is a black release on the slides on mine.

The big question is how did you get to those slides? I can't see anything nor any way to get to them or behind the pantry.
