Awning LEDS stay on, 34j 2018

The LED strip lighting stays on in spite of switch position. Pulled switch wires from switch, LEDS stay on. Put wires together, LEDS stay on. Finally had to pull fuse near switch to turn off LED strip. Any help appreciated.

First thought was that, the switch was miss labeled. When you disconnected the wires from the switch did anything else not work, try the switch next to the one marked for the leds.

the switch was working until 3 days ago.

ps switch works on multimeter check

Turn them off using your wireless remote and they will work by the switch again. I have had the same problem myselv.

Same as above post, if you turn something on with Rapid Camp you need to use it to turn off..should sync back up with switch after remote use....that is if you have Rapid Camp.
