Battery over the winter?

I removed the 2 house and cab battery from my 2013 ThorFour Winds. I used a battery trickle charger on them every two weeks until fully charged. What I notice is that they have very little charge on them to start with but do fully charge. Are the battery’s reliable for this summer or do I need to replace them? I RV by myself and need reliable capabilities. Is there a battery way to keep them over winter?

You covered all of the bases about as well as anyone could...
How old are your batteries?
If they've got more than four or five years on them: I'd replace them; just for my own peace of mind.

The house battery's are less than a year old. The cab battery less than 2 years old.
If I use a tester on them before installing them back in, do you have any recommendation I should looks for. Test prior to charging? Test after charging? I do appreciate you responding to my post. Thanks

Electrical Stuff isn't my strong suit...
But if you can take them to a place that sells batteries: they can "Load-Test" them for you.

Bye the way: Welcome to the Forum!

Great idea, I didn't even know that was possible. Thanks

Temps

Keep in mind the temperature. I live in CO. And the cold does a number on all my batteries , F-250 2 batteries , 2 atv's , Jeep , Gator and John Deere lawn tractor. Garage is not heated so when temp drops below 0 doesn't get very warm. I have battery tenders on all batteries that are in that garage. Thor Pallazo sat in storage lot this winter with no electricity available. This year I replaced 2chassis 4 house batteries in Motorhome, 2 atv batteries. If you keep your batteries on a trickle charger be sure to keep an eye on levels in batteries.
Since I replaced the batteries in the motorhome I am going against HOA and keeping at house plugged in and checking fluid monthly. No nasty letters yet and temps in the high twenties overnight. Life is good.
