Angry Bedroom slide out problem

Hi everyone, enjoying reading all the threads. I’m new to rving and drove to the gulf coast. 2019 aria 3901 bedroom slide won’t extend. It moves a few inches or makes a short noise and stops. Retracts fine. The other 2 slides move in and out without problems.never had a problem since purchased 7 months ago. Help!

Sounds like it needs to be synced. The steps might be in your owners book. Else you can Google for a YouTube video. It is an odd but easy process.

Extend it as much as it will allow, then retract it...holding the button for 4-6 seconds after it reaches "full-in", or until all the motor noises stop. Then try to extend.

Unable to sync. Retracted fine but no extend. Motor not engaging. Spoke to Thor and feels it’s a motor issue. Module doesn’t have any blinking lights. Thanks. Will update later when fixed. I did try to extend and retract/holding button and now won’t extend at all.

Here is the link to the in-wall slide system. <https://lci-support-doc.s3.amazonaws.com/manuals/slideouts/ccd-0001769.pdf> The slide controller resets every time you push the extend/retract button twice in the same direction. There will be complete restart by the controller after about 20 minutes if no buttons are pushed. So if you tried to extend the slide and it stopped, and you looked at the controller, it will show a motor code in green and a controller error code in red. If you moved the slide out and it stopped before full out and then you pressed the extend button again, you will clear the error code but not the fault, so no light codes will flash but the slide will not move. If you wait about 20 minutes and try the extend button again the slide will move a short distance and again stop showing the reason for the stop. This for the -C2 controller.

For manuals for pretty much everything in your coach, go to Thormotorcoach.com click on owners, owner resources, then register your vin. You will get pages of manual, how-to videos, etc, for your own coach.

Got a manual! Dealer appointment in 2 weeks. Able to move slide in and out by using the "retract wire" connected to controller. If I disconnect the extend wire and connect the "retract wire" to the extend contact on controller, slide extends using the retract button. Sounds like a wiring problem between the controller and the master control Firefly. Any thoughts?
