Yeah they are supposed to. The one on the right hand side on mine does not though. Also had the mirrors go out of adjustment and after looking, found the Allen screws were loose.

Well, the mirrors work but the camera doesnt. Since the wife is in the car behind me, I walkie talkie her to make sure I can get over in that lane. Sometimes she just moves the car there, then gives me the OK.

You're lucky: mine just sits in the passenger seat next to me... sometimes she curses, sometimes she cries...

Well, when we got our RV. we had the BURR handi lift installed for her. This makes something else is in the way to look past. Truth be told the seat in the car is a better seat than the RVs. And I don't have to hook up the car. It works OK I guess.

Gritz- Thank you..your post was perfect timing...I had a long trip upcoming (1,800 mi round trip) through some heavy city traffic (Wash DC & Jax).

I took a chance on some $3 blind spot mirrors and stuck them on the day before the trip. They worked flawlessly!

Thank you for your timely post!

Note: I got the smaller mirrors & it works OK on the driver's side, but my "aging" eyes struggle on the passenger side, so I will definitely be upgrading to the larger 3" model.

If anyone has experienced a momentary "blind spot" when some car decides to hug your midriff instead of passing, grab a set of these!

They are as constant with my family as the Bible is. Just bought an old Jeep as a toad. First thing I did was stick a set of these on it!! Should be standard equipment from the factory for anything that drives! Thanks for the kind words!!

Another thing, when you are on a four lane or more highway, remember you don't have the agility of a passenger vehicle. Allow a few more minutes to get to your destination, and try to stay more in the slower lane(s). When you are in the slow lane, you rarely have to worry about the right blind spot.
Slow lane traveling sucks. I have a Hurricane 35M and it never fails that the car entering from the on ramp causes me to have to brake hard because they don’t hit the freeway at cruising speed. It’s so frustrating. I’m thinking that refusing to yield to them might be my answer. But I’m such a chicken it’s hard to do.

Right lane on open highway, next lane to the left or center lane through towns. If you watch traffic, you can adjust lane changes in a manner that will keep you moving smoothly...unless it stops...which happens often in big cites.
