Does anyone know if this model comes with a ladder to access the bed above the drivers or do you have to purchase it separately. Ours did not have one.

We looked at a few of these before finding an awesome deal on a new left over 2017 33.2 Palazzo. I believe it was located under the rear bed on the ones we looked at.

We have a 27.1 and the ladder stows in a compartment under the master bed.

On my 2017 29.3 the ladder is stored behind the jack knife sofa. If you pull the back of the sofa the ladder is clipped to the wall of the camper. There would be no reason for Thor to not supply the ladder. Sound like maybe dealer needed one for someone else.

That's what CW did for me!

When we first looked at our 2014 34f, the ladder was hanging in the closet. After we purchased, on day of pick up, ladder was missing. I complained and did not sign contract until ladder magically appeared. Sorry if I got someone's ladder.

Our 2017 Ace 30.2 came with overhead bunk ladder and one for the bunk beds. I would definitely talk to the dealer
