Windows leaking

Several of the windows in my 2004 Windsport 35d are leaking. My guess is the water is getting in around the frame but I'm not 100% sure. Is there a general rule-of-thumb to follow when fixing these?

I'm thinking I need to remove the entire window, put some silicone (or something similar?) around the interior of the window channel, and then reinstall the window.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

TIA,

Jim

Make sure the weeping holes at the bottom of the frame are clear. However if they are leaking from top down then you should think about recaulking.

I had a leak in the galley window on my 28FE. I took the window out and found a wrinkle in the outside seal. I straightened it and caulked it back in. All fixed!
