We had several problems that I was able to take care of myself but everything worked just like it's supposed to. Had a good rain last night and no leaks anywhere, the only thing that I had any problems with was driving with some fairly strong side winds. Steering seemed sort of sloppy so I basically had a death grip on the wheel most of the way just trying to keep her going down the road straight. Calm winds on the trip home and was easier to control. Smaller 2 lane roads going 55 or under at times was easier to handle than the interstate. Never even tried to go 70 but kept her down around 65 or so.
OK, I got the picture right but ended up with 2. Sorry

If I may ask...what site plan and site did you do and why?

First time out this year and staying close to home, there are lots of campgrounds in Michigan. We spend time with our family, and just to be outside and shake off all those winter blues, feel alive again.

Forgot about what campground, Turkey Run state park in Indiana. Not to far away is another one Racoon lake state park which was beautiful last time we were there that was a long time ago.

This was Navy Mayport in Jacksonville, FL. A dog friendly beach and lots of amenities. A bit breezy, though.

Camp Hatteras, Waves NC

We are back at the Outer Banks, this time staying at Camp Hatteras in Waves NC.

The weather has been off and on with a few days of high winds. There has been at least one awning casualty because the awning tube is lying next to the dumpster and on Saturday morning there were about 5 screen canopy frames lying there.

That aery nice camping area. No awning wind damage for us. We usually roll it in whenever we leave the campground. Any hint of wind and it is rolled up. Seen too many awning calamities over the years.

Ditto on the wind and awning. In the three weeks we have been here my awning has been out twice. I have watched folks tie theirs down with charge straps just to come out about 30 minutes later to release the straps and pull the awning back in.

Branson MO for the maiden voyage. Good trip. Found several things that didn't work. A lot of things that we really like about the 29m
