An OVEN I SEE!..
Hit up WallyWorld for a"Toaster oven" baking set, and while you are there grab a pack or two of Hamilton Beach silicone baking mats (the heavy red ones) And a GOOD oven thermometer..

Cut the mats down to fit the baking set (scissors)Then hit the frozen section for Grand biscuits in a re-closable sack, (20 min @ 350 deg.with the cookie sheet)and don't forget the sausage gravy...

You can use the deep bake pan for 1 lb meat loafs,and 2 person casseroles.
Small crock pot that fits in the sink for preparing a roast or whatever for dinner while traveling..
Bacon wrapped Little Smokies for the group

"Wrap around" coffee filters for the stovetop percolator .
and You are only limited by your imagination.

Don't for get the "321 cake" for desert..!

well folks....we are seasoned campers...having always stored our RV's in enclosed space for 20 yrs...this year, since we are now retired..we decided to purchase a cover for our Axis and park it in the side yard just in case we decided to go somewhere this winter...first of all, we did not go anywhere as we had the worst winter on record in many years ! .. not putting our Axis on the road of uncertainty for sure !! So...all went well...we had KC's Big Box in a perfect spot (we had parked our enclosed trailer there before with no problems)...with necessary pads under foot, etc...security camera spot on...all went well until …. we decided it was time to bring it to the driveway,last week...OMG ! with all the snow we had...our side yard was soft and our poor Axis tried to get out but just could not do it....therefore...yesterday we had her tugged out by an amazing guy who knew exactly how/what to do !
Lesson learned...next year...we will lobby with our city to allow us to park the Axis in our, more than ample, 4 car wide driveway which, in the past, has not been deemed appropriate !! SO THERE YA GO ! Happy Camping to you ALL...we are looking forward to our upcoming trips !!

TUG THAT AXIS !!

I am retiring in 2 months, live in Ohio and this was one of our worst winters, that crap aint happening again! lol, even though it was colder west, it still beat Ohio! Happy travels!
